i had a wonderful two-night stay during our recent trip to pigeon forge. this hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious room and excellent amenities, including a kitchenette that made us feel right at home. the pool area was a hit with the kids, and we really enjoyed our time together.

We enjoyed the comfort of our room and the fact that we were just a few steps away from the LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge, making it super easy to catch a local event, and the Smoky Mountain Car Museum was a quick stroll of about 500 meters, perfect for our weekend wandering. as a couple, we appreciated the spacious King Studio Suite for relaxation after long days exploring but the breakfast options could use some improvement to really start the day off right.

The Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds was immaculate and had a pleasant scent, making for a comfortable environment. Staff interactions were consistently polite and helpful, and the breakfast included some delightful items like smoked salmon. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids during inclement weather. No complaints arose during our stay, and the location was perfect, close to attractions without being too noisy.

Staff is wonderful. The care and work each one does is superb. Had an excellent experience with the pool being heated just right which the kids loved. Also, the front desk staff was friendly and truly helpful throughout our stay.
